Family of 5 struggling after accident

Being a mother of 3 girls ranging in age from 11 years to 9 months is hard as it is, especially when juggling a 60 hour week work and still trying to maintain a home.  We're not a wealthy family by any means and we are used to living paycheck to paycheck but we are thankful for the life we live.

On April 19th,  2019 my husband and I arrived home and it was pouring rain.  As I walked up to the front door my right leg slid in a patch of mud and my leg kept sliding until it hit my concrete stairs but my body twisted around as I fell.  I instantly felt the snap and saw my leg go limp but I was not aware of the damage I had actually done.

As I arrived at my local hospital in the worst pain of my life they cut off my clothes and hurried me through XRAYS and within 30 minutes I was being transported an hour away for surgery.  Turns out it was not just a simple fracture but what they called a spiral fracture where both my tibia and fibia bones were completely broken all the way around and my ankle was almost shattered.

I was in such excruciating pain that they had me in surgery within 2 hours.  They inserted a metal rod through my knee and several screws to try and repair the damage.  They had to remove several bone shards in the process.  I was then put back together with many stitches and staples to close up the 7 incisions that were made on my knee,  both sides of my leg, my ankle and my heel.

The recovery process is very long and very painful and I am expected to be out of work for another 6 weeks,  especially since my job is in a factory standing 10 hour a day.  My husband has had to take a personal leave in order to take care of me and the children because I can hardly get to the bathroom by myself and there's no chance of me picking up and caring for our 9 month old baby. We can not afford daycare and a caretaker for me on only one income.  I do have pending medicaid for insurance which should cover most the medical costs except for all the vitamins, blood thinners and etc I am prescribed. I also had to get a walker,  crutches,  shower chair, portable medical toilet etc out of pocket and though I am able to move into a more versatile medical boot now,  we can not afford to get one.

I got my cast off this week and all stitched and staples removed but doctors orders are that I will be unable to even put weight on my leg for another 4 weeks and possibly another 8 before I will be able to pass physical therapy and return to work. I am expected to be in excruciating pain even without moving for several more weeks.  My husband will be able to return sooner but it will still be a couple weeks before I can be left alone for more than a couple hours meaning we have absolutely no income coming in.
We've spent the last of our paychecks on bills and what was needed for me medically and now we are scared to see what the next day or even weeks will bring without income.  I've exhausted all options and we can get no more extensions on bills or any help of any kind so this is my last attempt at finding some sort of help for my family, regardless of how embarrassing it feels to ask.

At this point any donation of any amount would be so helpful in getting us by; especially with the weekly trips out of town for my doctor. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for any compassion you may find for our family.
