Falcon Lake Canada Day Weekend 2017

The Falcon Lake Canada Day Committee is thrilled to be bringing Canada Day Fireworks back to Falcon Lake for all the residents and visitors of the park on Canada's 150th birthday. This year we have also added an outdoor movie the day after fireworks. There has been great demand from the public for fireworks on Canada Day, and our hopes are to build on this event in the coming years to include many more activities and festivities.
Funds raised will go toward the Falcon Lake Canada Day Celebration for the fireworks display, outdoor movie and all associated costs, permits, licensing, and equipent rental.
Fireworks are scheduled for Saturday, July 1st at dusk, and the outdoor movie on Sunday, July 2nd at dusk. Fireworks are set off at the main beach in Falcon Lake. The movie will take place in the green space across from the Falcon Lake Shopping Centre.
Falcon Lake, in the Whiteshell Provincial Park has proven to be an amazing and beautiful venue for fireworks and this year's Canada Day show will be a great event for all the visitors and families in the area. It is a wonderful opportunity for Falcon Lake as a community to showcase our Canadian pride and our beautiful area.
