MAJ. Chad Lamphere Memorial Fund

This fund is created in loving memory of US Army Maj. Chad Erin Lamphere , 8/24/73-9/28/14, who suddenly passed away leaving behind his wife Lindsay, daughter Emma Paige (age 4), and son Chad Erin Jr. (age 2).  Chad tragically lost his battle with Post Tramutic Stress Disorder (PTSD) after serving over seas during Operation Iraqi Freedom in Mosul, Iraq serving as a Brigade Surgeon. 

Chad was a gentle soul, a talented doctor, a loving father, and handsome man who touched so many and will be missed more than anyone can possibly know.

This fund will support the two beautiful children Chad left behind. Chad Jr., a special needs child, whom requires significant medical care and Emma's emotional rehablition.

Services in honor of Chad will be on Saturday 4 October at Kearns Funeral Home in Whitehouse Station, NJ
