Faith UMC Choir & Carnegie Hall
Donation protected
Faith United Methodist Church choir under the direction of Craig Ramberger has been invited to perform in Carnegie Hall November 27, 2017, along with other singers to form the Distinguished Concerts Singers International, performing Joseph Martin's "Appalachian Winter", who will also conduct the concert.
It is quite an honor just to be invited to perform in New York. Now the challenge is getting there. It will cost each choir member approximately $3500 for their airfare, accommodations, meals, and incidentals. DCINY, the organizers of this affair, have given the choir until September 25th to make their final payment.
Faith UMC choir will be ambassadors for their entire community and hope everyone will take extreme pride in their achievement by helping them financially.
The choir will spend 5 days and 4 nights in downtown Manhattan rehearsing 9-10 hours during the 5 day period. The rest of their time will be spent taking in New York's ambiance.
Faith church choir is very excited and proud of this honor. They are most greatful for all your help.
