Here we are fundraising for our dear beloved brother FAHAD MOHAMED NUR who was murdered in cold blood after the Taraweeh Prayers on the 28th night of Ramadan, FAHAD was only 18yrs of age when he suffered from stab wounds & later died in hospital, It is unfortunate & emotionally exhausting to see such young lives being taken away everyday, we pray Allaah showers him with mercy & forgiveness, And by his will Jannah will be his abode. We also pray Allaah gives his family & friends patience & faith.
By the will of Allaah we hope to raise funds to build a well in a village where his family are from in his name so that it may be a source of charity & reward on his behalf, when a believer dies 3 things follow him.
Abu Qatadah reported that the Messenger, sallallahu alayhiwasallam, said:
The best that a man can leave behind after his death are three things:
1. A righteous child who makes du'a for him,
2. An ongoing sadaqah whose rewards continue to reach him,
3. Knowledge that continues to be implemented after him.
Ibn Majah, Verified to be sahih by Al-Mundhiri and Al-Albani
The best form of charity is to supply water as stated in the Hadith of Sa'd ra ........
Sa’d ibn ‘Ubadah reported: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, my mother has died. Shall I give charity on her behalf?” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Yes.” I said, “Which charity is best?” The Prophet said, “A drink of water.” Sunan al-Nasā’ī 3664 (Hasan by Albani)
The Believer will be shaded from his charity on the last day as stated in the Hadith of Uqbah ra ......
‘Uqbah ibn ‘Amir reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, charity will protect people from the heat in their graves. Verily, only the believer will be shaded on the Day of Resurrection in the shade of his charity.” al-Mu’jam al-Kabīr 14223 (Hasan by Albani)
The Angels make supplication on behalf of he who gives charity as stated in the Hadith of Abu Huraira ra ......
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, there is an angel at a gate among the gates of Paradise, saying: Whoever offers a good loan today will be rewarded tomorrow! And there is an angel at another door, saying: O Allah, give repayment to one who spends in charity, and give destruction to one who withholds charity!” Ṣaḥīḥ Ibn Ḥibbān 3333
Allaah says in Surah Al-Baqarah (2:274)
Those who spend their wealth [in Allah 's way] by night and by day, secretly and publicly - they will have their reward with their Lord. And no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve.
Please help raise these funds so that we may accomplish this charity for our young beloved FAHAD (Rahimahullaah) & that we may all be rewarded, May Allaah aid & protect us all. Ameen
