Mikes Health Insurance Fund

Mike is the love of my life and my soulmate. We have been happily married since 2007 and we have 4 beautiful children. Mike is also a very sick man. He has heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. He had a heart attack september 4th and I realised that I could lose him. I cant imagine life without him. Mike has no health insurance and we struggle each month just to pay for his medications and doctor appointments. The financial stress and hopelessness of the situation effects the whole family everyday and is starting to make me physically ill. Mike needs health insurance so that he can get the care that he needs and  keep his family from drowning in medical debt. If we lose him we lose everything. I see no light at the end of this tunnel and I have ran out of places to turn. I am desperate. Please help my family.
