My name is Abdullah Mojaddidi and I am 27 years old. On October 22, 2006, my spinal cord sustained trauma leaving me paralyzed from chest down. It has been almost 9 years now and I still enduring life's challenges.
Before my disablity, I was an athlete competing in various sports. My drive for competing is very much alive and I want to compete in hand cycling. Hand cycles are very expensive and I am determined to test out my new improved abilities. Thus far, I have raised over $2,200 and still short for my very own hand cycle. I ask of you to join me in solidarity as we endure in obtaining a Force RX.
The biggest reason why I ask for your help is that exercise is my source for relief. After my injury, I sustained chronic nerve pain. Exercise, especially hand cycling, increases my pain tolerance. At times I travel to the gym or to a different city to get my hands on a hand cycle. With your help, I can go to my garage to ride my own hand cycle.
