Lone Soldier Yossi Post Cancer Trip

Hi, my name is Aaron Spiro and I'm trying to raise money for my brother Yossi.  This past summer was a tough one for us when, in July, he was diagnosed with Hodgin's Lymphoma, a curable yet life threatening form of cancer.   This was made even tougher by the fact that prior to the diagnosis, Yossi had been planning a trip to Israel, his first since ending his service in the I.D.F.  He served as a volunteer in the Netzach Yehuda Battalion, fulfilling a lifelong dream of defending the country he had been born in.  This trip was to be a celebration, his first time back in the country he had risked his life for, and his first time reuniting with the people he had met throughout his service.   Unfortunately, due to the diagnosis and subsequent treatment the trip has been put on hold.
     That is the reason for this campaign, to give Yossi the trip to Israel he deserves, not only for risking his life for the country as a volunteer, but also for winning the battle against another life threatening enemy.  I want to give him something truly special to look forward to as we enter the final stages of treatment.   All the money will be used towards a plane ticket and expenses while on the trip.  It will mean so much to both him and our family if we can really give him this time to re-energize after months in the hospital by visiting not only our cultural and national homeland, but also the place many of our closest friends and family call home.  So please consider helping turn one young soldier's small dream into a reality.  Thank You.
