Traci Bonhomme Johnson
Traci was the only surviving victim of the horrible incident of beheading that happened in Moore, Oklahoma at Vaughan Foods on Thursday, Sept 25th, 2014. After her co-worker was beheaded, Traci was grabbed by Nolen, her assailant, as he attempted to take her life. She was finally rescued by Mark Vaughan, the company's founder and COO, as well as a reserve sheriff's deputy, who shot the assailant 4 times to stop his attack on Traci. Traci was hospitalized and released and is at home recovering. She has been through so much and we pray for complete healing in Traci's future.
Please consider making a donation, no matter how small, to help her in this recovery. She is trying to get on her feet and find her own place and if anyone deserves that, Traci does. She fought valiantly and her main concern when I spoke with her was only for the family of Colleen, the other victim. Thank you all for your support. Traci is so moved by all the support from everyone.
Your support is invaluable to Traci. Having to move out of state to be away from where the incident happened was a strain, but she's done the best she can with a bad situation. Thank you for all the prayers.
"Thank you all for your prayers and keeping me in your hearts and minds during this difficult time. I'm overwhelmed by all of the support, and of course for all the donations. I never expected any of this. Thank you all so much!
I would ask you all to please keep Colleen's family in your prayers this week, and especially on Friday as they mourn this sad loss. They are in the forefront of my thoughts at this time, more so than even my personal struggles. Some things are just more important.
Thank you all again and may God Bless each and every one of you!"
And now may the Lord bless you and may the Lord keep you. And may the Lord bring to you his strength and may God give to you his peace. May you know today with divine assurance that God is going to bring you through the storm with his power, with his peace and through your prayer and praise. Let us know with assurance that whatever happens in the world, we’re in our Father’s hand and no one can pluck us from His hand; that our tomorrows are secure; that God our Father is all powerful.
Prayers are out to you and your friends.. I pray you can recovery and move on soon
