My ex husband has abandoned my 2 children in every way he can.
No communications.
No financial support.
By texas code and florida code he has legally abandoned the kids.
Well after lawyering up to avoid jail, he thinks he is untouchable.
So much so he is fighting custody. He may truely believe he is fully fit to meet my kids needs.
We all know he failed. We all know he wont win. Requardless I need a lawyer.
I am incapable of retaining a lawyer due to 5 kids and 1 income.
I need a lawyer to defend my babies. If I continue to represent myself, I may violate issues only a lawyer can do.
Not in fear of loosing my kids. But I'm also lost and out of options for the right thing.
I know is holiday season. I know it's a rough time for all families.
I am asking for help just when I am in my most desprate need.
