Last hope to save Patrycja's life

My sister Patrycja is courageously fighting for her life. She is an amazingly kind, loving person and needs support during this most difficult time in her life. Patrycja’s last chance at survival is a new, yet very promising therapy valued at $400,000. Let`s save her life!
Patrycja is 38 years old, lives in Tarnow, Poland and CAR-T therapy is her only option for survival. She is a patient initially diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that has recently transformed into DLBCL (diffuse large B-cell lymphoma).
She started her treatment in 2017 with the standard RFC chemotherapy (Rituximab, Fludarabine and Cyclophosphamide). Remission was achieved after 4 cycles. The disease returned 9 months after the treatment. Then she was offered a clinical trial: Idelalisib + Rituximab. She was excluded from the study due to severe side effects, namely peripheral neuropathy.
After that she qualified for the Acalabrutinib study. Unfortunately, after some time the drug stopped working. The next drug was Loxo, and later Venetoclax were not helping. Treatment plans were stopped by contracting the COVID-19 virus at the turn of 2020 and 2021. She was hospitalized for over 1.5 months with no chance of survival. The miracle happened and she overcame Covid-19!
Meanwhile, research has shown Richter's transformation into DLBCL. She was given R-CHOP chemotherapy (Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin-Hydroxydaunomycin, Vincristine (Oncovin), Prednisolone)). This treatment had no effect, only an improvement in morphology parameters.
The next treatment was GenMab (Rituximab, Gemcitabine, Oxaliplatin) - also unsuccessful.
At this time her last hope is to raise $400,000 for CAR-T treatment. Unfortunately, CAR-T is not funded in Poland for patients over the age of 25 and these costs must be covered privately.
The treatment is urgent and needs to be started as soon as possible.
