Celebrating 10 Years Cancer Free

Tax deductible
My name is Riley Condon and 10 years ago I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, a type of cancer that causes abnormal cell growth in the lymphatic tissues of the body. Following my diagnosis I underwent 8 rounds of chemotherapy at BC Children's Hospital and was thankfully in remission a short 6 months later. While this is an incredibly difficult time for my family and I, we received so much love and support from our family, friends, and community in the Boundary. Fast-forward 10 years later, I am now just about to celebrate my 23rd birthday, graduating from Simon Fraser University with a bachelor's in Health Sciences in June and am incredibly grateful for my health. To celebrate 10 years of being cancer-free, my family and I will be running the Vancouver Sun Run on April 21st, 2024 and would like to raise $1000 to donate to BC Children's Hospital to help other sick kids get back to being healthy. We appreciate your support and generosity in helping us celebrate 10 years of cancer-free living.
