Hello, my name is Beverly Ann Nelmes.  I am a retired marketing consultant with no surviving immediate family,  who has been  
Very much involved in civil rights and especially in fighting for the rights of the disabled and  their  
Health care workers throughout the United States.  I am myself disabled with arthritis and  
Lymphedema but I have been able to walk with my walker, until a  cellulitis infection sent me to St. Petersburg  
General Hospital for 8 days in July.   Since July 28 I have been at a rehabilitation facility here, 
Far longer than intended, struggling to obtain the appropriate physical therapy, leg compression 
Wraps, braces, and other assistance that will enable me to walk again sufficiently well enough to return to  
My community.  I also now need help to maintain my homestead condominium in St. Petersburg, and this includes a monthly maintenance fee, telephone, DSL for my computer, and electricity.  I am currently setting a goal of $1,500 for the month of November. 
Please help me protect the assets that I have, and obtain the additional medical appliances and care that I need.  I am comforted by any prayers and concern you have
