Cancer Treatment Fund for Jack Dean

As many of you know, Jack was diagnosed with multiple myeloma several months ago. This is a treatable blood cancer in which Jack is currently undergoing chemotherapy and soon a stem cell transplant.

Bottom line: this treatment is expensive. The overall cost for treatment even with insurance is thousands of dollars out of pocket.
