Dear friends and family,
Our daughter Zoila has a condition called urinary reflux. Whenever she urinates, urine goes back up her ureters into her kidneys. Over time, this would create scar tissue in her kidneys which would require kidney transplants. By being proactive now and having ureteral reimplantation surgery, we have the best chance of avoiding serious damage to Zoila's body. The medical costs for this surgery may run us around $7,000-$9,000. We can cover some of this, but are hoping to raise at least $3,500 from friends and family.
