Zoe's Liver Transplant Fund

Hello friends and family!

Our good friend, Zoe Toby,  has been battling end-stage liver disease.   At only 47 years old,  she was given the devastating news that her liver is failing completely.  She will need a transplant.

 Anyone that knows Zoe, knows that she is an amazing human-being.   She's been married to the love of her life, Jason for  27 years.  She is a wife like no other, a loving  mother of two adult men, and a kind caring friend to so many.  Zoe is always willing to jump in and help out wherever she can.   She takes care of her family and friends, even now, when she is not well, she insists.  That's our Zoe!

 

Zoe would never ask for help and has been known to keep her personal life as private as possible.  At this time, we cannot ignore the fact that she needs help, and she needs help from her friends, acquaintances, and family to get through this. 

We are requesting financial assistance for Zoe and her family to help them get through this difficult time.  All funds will go to help financially support the transplant, medications, treatments, medical equipment, and therapy to name a few.

 

Zoe has had a rough road since being diagnosed but has kept an optimistic view on her outcome.  She still has so much life in her and a drive that keeps everyone around her motivated and in lifted spirits!
