Zoe's hair cut for Famine & Cancer
Donation protected
Zoe our wild child of 7 has finally made the hair length! She has been growing her hair to cut and donate to variety.org.au for wigs for kids who suffer cancer, alopecia and other child related diseases that cause childhood baldness. Did you know it takes 20 pony tails for ONE wig and they can cost $4000 for just a few years of use, remember kids heads grow, so kids might need a few wigs in their lifetime. BUT after watching the famine in Somalialand she also wants to donate some funds by chopping her hair off, such a simple thing, "long straight hair" so valued in our western society, something that can help these people just get enough food. Her hair cut will be done by the beautiful Melinda at chesterswiferose.com.au stirling, thank you to everyone who contributes.
