Zoe's Conversion Van for her power chair

Zoe is 7 years old now, in first grade, and really starting to grow into her personality and independence! She has a very nice power wheelchair that lets her move around on her own -- she especially likes chasing her friends around the school playground.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a converted van with a ramp and space enough to transport her chair, so she is limited to using it around our house and at school. If she needs to come home early, we can't even bring the chair home without a trailer or two separate vehicles -- one with Zoe and a truck for the chair.
So, we're finally making the leap to purchase a wheelchair accessible van! Being able to transport Zoe *and* her power chair in one vehicle will allow her to be so much more mobile and playing with other children the way she wants. Unfortunately, converting a van costs about $30k on top of the purchase of a van. While we are fortunate to have a lot of medical support from the state, this is one item they will not help to fund. There are some small grant opportunities that we are applying for, but such grants are limited to just a few thousand dollars.
We have been working with Mobility Works, and we have a van identified for purchase and we're very excited! We will be selling two other vehicles to cover what we can, but we still need to finance more than half the cost of the vehicle.
Any help offsetting this cost would be sincerely appreciated -- even a little helps, and it will be going directly to pay off the cost of the vehicle.
