Passion from within
Zoe’s affinity for horses has been evident all her life, at two she was riding with her dad in the local “topes” and fiestas and at just five she started riding lessons at Playa Ponies in Nosara.
Years of dedication, dirty work, wins, losses, falls and fails, has earned her a reputation as a top rider in Nosara, and last December when she entered the National eventing circuit she attracted the attention of the National coach and trainer of the Federation Ecuestre de Costa Rica, Leonor Moniz.
Her fearlessness, passion, commitment and patience earned her a horse this year, and she is over the moon with gratitude.
Many of you know we suffered heavy set backs in our business this year and that buying a horse is the cheapest part of owning one! Tack, lessons, boarding and vet bills are about $600 USD/month. We are humbly reaching out to family and friends that are able to help us continue supporting our girl while we get back on our feet, any small amount would be appreciated. She has the incredible fortune to have discovered her passion at a young age and has set a goal to make the Costa Rican Olympic team… we think she has the potential!
