Cancer Sucks!

Hey everyone! 

As many of you know, the last 2+ years have been crazy for us (Whitney and Steve). In December of 2015, Whitney's body went completely numb-we thought she was having a stroke! We went to the ER and they found nothing wrong with her. Since then, we have been in and out of many doctors offices and hospitals to find out what's going on. So far, she has been diagnosed with Hashimotos (a thyroid related disease).

In September of 2017, Whitney was diagnosed with cancer in her thyroid. Upon meeting with our surgeon, he put Whitney in a "gray area" of cancer... as if the last couple years hasn't been enough. 

As of now, Whitney is on a different treatment program and no plan of surgery unless absolutely necessary. Even though this is not the answer we wanted to hear, it's still a lot better than not knowing at all. 

Since Whitney has become open about the cancer, so many of you have reached out to us both! We have been overwhelmed with how much love and support we've got from everyone! People have asked us, "what can we do to help? Let me know what I can do for you?" amongst many more things.

Needless to say, we have accumulated A LOT of medical debt...so with that said, a fundraiser is being held at Waterline Brewing Company on April 7th. That's where this Fund Me page comes in. Many of you aren't able to make the event because you live out of state. Any contribution will be very appreciated!
