NEW SURGERY HELP for Finn

Dear Supporters,

I adopted Finn on January 11, 2020 from our beloved Stratford Animal Control (SAC).  Finn had been found on November 21, 2019, with severe skin lesions.  SAC arranged vet assessment and analysis.  This begins Finn's life in a cone....since my adoption on 01/11/2020, I have been diligently administering two consecutive food-trials, as SAC's vet, SAC, and my vet had had hopes that Finn's skin lesions have been due to food allergies.  Finn's first food trial began immediately prior to adoption as per SAC, and as of April 2020, I began an expensive prescriptive diet for food allergies.  In the interim and towards the end of the second food-trial, Finn developed white bumps on his ears, face, and various areas of his body.  Of course, I immediately arranged another vet visit with our beloved Dr. Wayne of Bethany Veterinary Hospital on 08/03/2020.  We removed the cone, and, sadly, poor Finn immediately began biting at his fur once again, evidencing that his condition is not food-allergy-related, and the white bumps are related to the underlying - and as of yet - unknown condition.  I have attempted several remedies, as per our Dr. Wayne's significant and sage advise, in order to rule-out certain conditions.  Finn is now in a position for need of skin biopsies and blood-work, to determine auto-immune and other conditions.   In the midst of Finn's struggles, and as an additional stressor, my beloved Husky/Lab Samantha suddenly and unexpectedly needed to be euthanized on 07/20/2020, following several sudden vet bills plus cremation.  Attached is a photo of the Eskimo-kisses that Sammie and Finn would gift each other with...Finn and I continue to experience our loss of Samantha....At this point, with the recent and extensive vet bills, Finn and I need help...we are praying that folks are able to financially assist with donations toward the needed skin biopsies ad blood-work...I love him so very much...Finn is a fabulous, calm, loving, and affectionate boy who deserves to live without a cone and skin distress...he was beautiful and loving in his companionship to Samantha....It is my honor and duty to help Finn to this freedom of no more cone, and no more skin distress....I just need a bit of help.  Please help us.  With sincere gratitude, Jill
