Heart Disease Awareness

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of British Heart Foundation and every donation will help. As you all may know, i lost my dad back in June 2020. He suffered from heart disease for a long while without being aware. He then died from a cardiac arrest. He had angina and other symptoms, however always passed it as heartburn. I am running the Kings Lynn 10k Gear run for The British Heart Foundation, who are amazing at spreading awareness, finding causes and helping those who ho suffer with grief.
