Borneo Expedition 2024

Hello! My name is Millie and I have some very exciting news to share with you! I will be going on a four-week expedition to Borneo in South East Asia in the summer of 2024 along with fellow Abbey College students to work with Bornean communities on projects that help improve lives.

This expedition will give me the opportunity to live alongside rural communities, playing a vital part in environmental and community projects as well as broadening my perspective on the world. Camps International believe in ‘purpose before profit’, both for young travellers (like me!) and for the planet. I will be fund-raising to cover the costs of the trip, of which 38% goes directly into the communities I will be working with.
