OPERATIONS HE NEEDS

Jaxson was born with a few different medical issues. Inutero growth restriction Amniotic banding 17p13.3 micro gene deletion Severe hypospadias So Jaxson is a twin, his brother Jason saved his life in the womb by staying in the down position all the way through pregnancy. Jaxson was in his own sack above Jason but there was an issue with the placenta being only half attached to the wall of the womb. If Jason had turned around even once, Jaxson's placenta could have detached fully and Jaxson would not have made it at all. His twin stayed in the same position and even held Jaxson up in place with his feet, as there was only a few millimetres between them apparently! That was the first issue. The second issue was it looked like Jaxson did not have a properly formed right hand, it looked like it was in a boxing glove in the scans. we didn't know the extent of what had gone wrong until he was born and tears fell when we saw his fingers. The skin on the back of his hand was puffed up due to fibres from the amniotic sack coming away in the womb and wrapped around his right arm just above the wrist. He also had fibres around some of his fingers on both hands but only his arm and pinky finger on his right need to be operated on to help this issue. He is very lucky to have not lost his hand and arm as this is usually the case with this condition. We had many private scans and had issues with Jaxson's scan images. They kept changing his sex from female to male and then looks like both! So when he was born, just 4 minutes after his brother Jason, Jaxson was born intact in his sack and i watched in awe as they snipped the amniotic sack open in front of me, tears flowed as his arm came into view and we saw he had fingers on his puffed up hand. They then had to resuscitate both of the boys and Jason was the difficult one as his lungs didn't want to work on their own for a while and before they both went up to NICU Jaxson's little baby hat they put on him swapped from pink to blue to yellow and we had to call him "Baby", until genetic tests were underway. So he came back as a he and was told he has testes no ovaries and genetically is male but has a small boy part due to a 17p13.3 micro gene deletion syndrome, with no opening apart from at the base of it just above the testes sack he had his urethral opening there. without two or three stage operation to fix a bend, do a graft n make an opening in the tip to extend the opening and place it where it should be, he will never be able to father children or stand up to urinate as a man should. Jaxson has a smile for everyone and is so very loving, please if you can, help and even if you can't help with a donation, a share would be very much appreciated. It is such a rare thing that surgery in the uk ends in pain, infections back flow issues incontinence and more. I am trying to raise funds for his hypospadias repair which will be 3 operations in Texas with top surgeon Mr Warren Snodgrass. We live in the UK and although they can do the basic operating treatment here,  it is very rare especially the severe hyperspadia which Jaxson has and after going to a seminar in Glasgow,  horror stories from other people's experiences were voiced.  Back flow issues,  being bullied at school for not knowing they needed to go empty their bladder. Constant pain and urinating out of several openings due to failed surgeries.  These people often have to raise funds or if wealthy,  pay to go to the man whom invented the Snodgrass operation in Texas of which I am in contact with.  His team he tells me in email  frequently repairs failed UK operations.  With Jaxson's other issues and the severe hyperspadia I cry myself to sleep at night for the thought of what is ahead for him.  I don't want him to go thru the pain of failed UK treatment and being disabled myself,  i have no savings to speak of. So i am starting this go fund me page for him after Mr Snodgrass had mentioned it to me in email a few days ago. Please if you can help in any way. On behalf of Jaxson, his twin Jason and all of his family & Mum, he / we would be forever thankful to you in this world we live in were humanity has mostly lost itself. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.  The 2/3 stage operations will be around £25.000 each, which includes hospital charges,  anaesthesia and the procedures. I'm also trying to raise the money for the flights and a month worth of accommodation over there by selling everything i have but i don't have much,  private association house so nothing there but an old car I'm selling and a few guitars not worth much but every little brings us that much closer to helping him have a better life.  Thank you
