EMERALD Melbourne Show Premiere Cancellation

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Melbourne premiere of EMERALD has been postponed indefinitely. Victoria is under a state of emergency with the spread of COVID-19. Because of this, it is with a heavy heart that we are unable to premiere our work to the Melbourne community.
Thus, the venue Chapel off Chapel is taking all the necessary precautions to eliminate the spread of this invisible deadly threat.
As self producers, we have had so many costs associated with this show, it is immeasurable. Some of these costs we were hoping to reconcile some of the costs from these shows, for example, the costs of lighting and costume designers, flights, rehearsals, rent for studios, advertising campaigns and of course salaries.
We are asking for any donations to assist us with these costs and to help us financially survive. Any donation is really appreciated. We have suppliers, designers and rental costs we need to pay off as soon as possible.
What are we asking? If anyone is able to offer a portion of the ticket value or a donation of your choice to assist us during this period it would be so so amazing and heartfelt.
Obviously, Aitor and I are super disappointed about not being able to present our work in Melbourne especially as it is Aitor's home town however, the venue has acted 100% in their response to control the spread. They have assured us that when the time is right when this virus has been tackled and the government gives Victoria the all clear we will be back shining on stage giving you a performance you will never forget.
