Zakat funds for widowed aunt house

I am collecting money on behalf of a widowed aunt aged 50 and her 15 year old son, who would be evicted from her house where she is currently living very soon. The new property (smaller portion on a floor) has been found for about USD $50,000. We have already collected about $25,000 internally within family/friends but seeking another $25,000 so the new house portion can be purchased for the aunt and her teenager 15 year old son. She can be given any funds you like to donate, including zakat funds for those who want to give out.  This money will be sent to foreign country where the the woman and her son resides.
