Top Surgery

I had my consultation and found out that I’m 5k short of my goal. I’ve been trying to get this done for years due to the fact that it’s just getting harder to breathe with the binders, and it literally sickens me to look in the mirror.
I hate asking for help but I’m just so close and so far from making this huge event happen. Anything you offer is immensely helpful. Thank you doesn’t even begin to cover how grateful I am for those who’ve helped me get this far.
