Zak House Fire

I'm starting this page to help a dear friend and neighbor who's home started on fire on the morning of April 7th, 2018.  Thankfully no one was hurt and even the pets were found safe and alive.  I have known Leeann since kindergarten.   While we have both followed our own paths I always loved that I not only reconnected with her later in life but that I ended up living across the street from her.  We've looked out for each other over the years.  Shoveled driveways, watched over each other's homes when we're gone, watched each other's kids grow, and family's change.  I can't undo this tragic event for her but I'd like to try to do something to help.  While the Faribault Fire Department did a great job responding there will still be great loss for this family. Fire and water destroy everything and while they are feeling very blessed that their loved ones are ok, things will need to be replaced. They will need things like shoes, and clothing, linens, health care items, beauty products, toiletries.  All those things that we don't realize we need until we don't have them.  Please consider joining me in helping this great cause.
