Zak Bircham’s NET cancer fight

Donation protected

This page has been set up on behalf of Zak Bircham and his family who at only 31 has just been diagnosed with an extremely rare and graded TP4 cancer called Neuroendocrine cancer.  We have set this up for them as I know they are too proud to admit when they need help and would continue to struggle without ever asking anyone for anything.

The cancer was originally found in his appendix in January 2021 but has since spread to his bowel and colon. Zak is now due to have a life changing operation to try and remove the tumour , which results in him also have his bowel removed.  Then extensive treatment which will mean Zak will have to spend a lot of time in and out of hospital and out of work. This is such a massive shock to Zak and the entire family. Zak and his Fiancée have two young amazing girls Olivia (5) and Rosie (3) who both love their Daddy more than life itself.

Unfortunately Zak and Stacy do not have life insurance and therefore are now about to experience huge financial difficulty now & the upcoming months / years. This is a huge stress and worry for the young family, who not only now have to deal with the fact their entire lives are going to change but that they may also lose their house they have worked so hard for.

Anyone who knows this family will know how loving and caring they are. They would do absolutely anything to help anyone in need. Now they need a little bit of help too. The money raised will allow them to still afford to pay their monthly bills, it will allow Stacy to take some time away from her self employed job, to which she has received no help before & during COVID to look after Zak & the children and continue to support them with more time at home.  They have both worked since the day they left school and have never asked for help from anyone but unfortunately they now will need some help to get them through this very tough time.

We will be providing updates regularly in regards to Zaks treatment and upcoming scans & operations.

We really appreciate any help, even if you cannot donate we would appreciate a share, even just to raise awareness or to connect with anyone else who has been effected by this rare type of cancer.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this & helping raise awareness of this awful disease.
