Zack Needs Pelvic Surgery

Our baby girl Zack was accidentally hit by a vehicle yesterday and needs surgery on her pelvis. Her pelvis is broken in two spots.. luckily nothing else has been broken. No internal bleeding and she has feeling in her legs and can still wag her tail. She is currently at the veterinary clinic in Guelph, ON. They will be performing surgery on her sometime tomorrow. They say the outlook is looking good, they think she should be able to walk again. We are hoping for the absolute best for our baby girl. She’s a tough kitty and is fighting through this.

The original quote for her was around $6,000, but now because they needed more CT scans and the surgery is more intensive than they thought, it is looking to be between $7000-$9000.
