Help My Hardworking Dad

Well to start of this story this is my dad his name is Roberto Torres Ortiz he’s a father of 4; a 21 year son, a old 19 year old(me), a 12 year old daughter, and lastly a 5 year old daughter. So recently my parents have been going through a lot they are in the process of being evicted for the second time in no less than a year. My dad works in Goleta at an avocado grove which is around 1 hour drive from Lompoc where they live, he wakes up around 5 am everyday to go to work. We’ve always barely been able to manage but no matter what my dad pulls through in the end. Recently my dad was told roughly inJuly that the current landlord was going to be selling the property so he gave my family 1-2 months to find a new place. Not even two weeks later on July 27th my dad was unfortunately in a car accident coming back from work he was hit by a truck and his car was totaled but the other car was fine and due to the fact that there was no police report written the insurance of the driver that hit my dad’s car said my dad was at fault. Even with there being witnesses the insurance agency doesn’t want to pay up.My dad is still trying to claim the insurance for his car being wrecked as well manage to go to work somehow without the car. Still detailing with those two situations my dad had another unfortunate at work he was using a pice of heavy machinery and he was adjusting some tree trunks in the machine to chop but his coworker didn’t see that my dad was still adjusting the trunk and he caught my dad’s hand while cutting the trunk. Time after time my dad has been put through the wringer but without fail my dad still gets up to provide for my mom and siblings he isn’t getting any younger what I give to help them isn’t enough. If you could please just lend out a hand and help them with anything you can it would be appreciated.
