Noah's Medical Fund

This is my nephew, Noah, and his almost 11 month old sister, Macy.  Their dad is my brother, Josh Furnia.  On July 16th, Noah turned 9 and spent his birthday weekend celebrating with family and friends. 

Over the next 48 hours, a re-check at the doctor’s office of a chest cold caused Noah to be sent to Phoenix Children’s Hospital on July 18th and was admitted after the doctor’s discovered he had swollen lymph nodes, his right lung filled with fluid, and a very large mass in his chest.  The doctor’s at PCH soon diagnosed him with lymphoma. 

Now, Noah and his parents find themselves thrown into this most unwanted fight against pediatric cancer. He was discharged from the hospital on July 24th.  His chemo will continue as outpatient treatment.

Since so many of our loving family and friends have asked to help defray the financial burden of this unexpected diagnosis, we’re setting up this page where everyone can contribute as they feel led. 

My brother and his family would like to extend their deepest gratitude for your thoughts and prayers and willingness to help.  The outpouring of love and concern has been powerful.
