Help for a family of 8

A wonderful mom, sister, grandmother, and coworker and her 5 kids, sister, and grandchild are being made to leave their home.  The landlord has decided to make them leave in 10 days although the rent was paid every month on time.  Yes, that means right before Christmas.  She is a single mom and has done all she can to provide for herself and her children and now she has no place to go.  We are raising money to get her and her family safe, help with a downpayment, first month's rent, food, Christmas presents whatever we can do to make sure her Christmas and her family's Christmas isn't ruined.
