My Dad's Cancer Journey

Hi everyone, as some of you may already know, a month ago my Dad was diagnosed with colon cancer, something that was completely out of the blue and devastated us all. We were told that surgery may be an option depending on the stage that the cancer was at, and after many tests we just had to wait to see what our options were. But 3 weeks later we received the news that nothing can prepare you for, the cancer had spread to his lungs and liver, and without treatment we would only have months left. We were told that chemotherapy is the best treatment to contain and control the cancer and to prevent it spreading further. Whilst my Dad will be undergoing chemotherapy treatment, we have made the decision to also undertake a more natural and holistic approach to treating my Dad’s cancer. This involves a complete change of lifestyle and diet, in which my Dad will be cutting out all of the things that cancer cells thrive on. This includes cutting out processed sugar, processed food, meat and dairy, and eating as organically and naturally as possible. He will also be taking supplements such as cannabis oil and other essential oils, alongside daily juicing. As you may be aware, this form of treatment is extremely expensive and so we would appreciate any donations no matter how small.
