Puerto Rico Hurricane Fund

As most of you know,  Hurricane Maria has devastated Puerto Rico.  Last year I and many of my colleagues at CDC were deployed in Puerto Rico as part of the Zika Response.   We have many close friends on the island with which we correspond and we have been asked to help.   Most of the island is without power and water.  People are forced to save and drink rain water.  There is no ice or refrigeration for food and medicine.  Although the island has gasoline, the infrastructure of many gas stations was destroyed and gasoline can't be distributed.  
We have been asked to purchase water, batteries, flashlights, camping stoves that use gas, battery fans, coolers, and items to store water.  As you can imagine, other supplies will also be needed.  This is not a short term crisis as officials are expecting power to be unavailable for up to 4 months.  We are expecting shipping issues until the Postal Service and UPS begin deliveries to Puerto Rico, but will start shipping as soon as possible.
