Tim's Recovery

Mr. Tim Miller is a very good friend of mine who  up until his diagnosis was an active single father of 3 and is well known for his talent as a tile mason. He has fallen on hard times due to a diagnosis of throat cancer and for the last few months has had problems with his transportation to receive his radiation treatments. He has had several different life saving procedures including one that left him unable to talk due to cutting off his vocal cord and having an open port in his throat from a procedure called a Laryngectomy that makes cleaning, shaving, bending over and even showering an unimaginable task. He travels from Ocala, Fl. to Gainesvill, Fl. (Shands Hospital)  twice a week and today his truck/transmission lost 1st gear. He text me to come and look at his truck and upon looking it over i noticed that he also needs tires and his windshield is cracked. I called around to a few different places and their estimate on his 91' Ford F250 repairs was 2 thousand dollars in parts and labor for just the transmission. I'm guessing at least $600 for tires and possibly 300 plus for windshield because he only has PIP insurance. The whole purpose of this is to make sure my friend has a fighting chance, and without transportation to get his radiation treatments its almost impossible. Any help would be GREATLY  appreciated.
