Help the Lane Family

Hello Family and Friends... as many of you know, Rhiannon was right around the corner from delivering her and Lamont's second daughter, when unexpectedly, she got slammed with Covid-19...just days before she was set to deliver.

Within a few days, her situation became emergent, as complications started to arise. She had to be admitted to the hospital by day 5 of the virus. Breathing was becoming increasingly difficult, so they decided to go ahead and deliver baby Olivia to hopefully help ease Rhiannon's discomfort, and treat her more effectively without the risk of harming the baby. They successfully delivered Olivia on Sunday morning. She is perfectly healthy and doing great.

However, shortly after birth, Rhiannon's breathing became increasingly difficult, and things started to decline. By that evening, they had her on a paralytic with sedation, and put her on a ventilator, as they could not maintain her oxygen levels with previous treatment. Monday afternoon, not even 24 hours later,  they then decided to put her on an ECMO machine. Rhiannon is fighting for her life right now.

Lamont had remained by her side until they did the ECMO, and now has been forced to leave. He, nor Rhiannon, has been able to have any contact with their baby girl, and she remains at the hospital. Lamont is now at home, having to navigate through all of this, while himself being in quarantine along with their other 6 year old daughter.

This is so far from how Rhiannon had envisioned this time of welcoming their new daughter into their family.  So much is greatly unknown. Work consistency for Lamont is questionable through all of this. Rhiannon's recovery rate is unknown, which will impact her return to work after her maternity leave time is up. As you all know, life keeps going on all around us in these times of tragedy... bills still need to be paid, rent still needs to be made, basic needs for living remain. I know that Rhiannon and Lamont heavily relied on both their incomes to make it, and we just don't know right now how things are going to turn out.

First and foremost, I am asking all those that know this family to cover them in deep prayer, as we trust Yahweh for a miracle recovery in Rhiannon.
I am also asking for those that are able, to be the hands and feet of Yeshua- Jesus at this time of need in the Lane family's lives- to band together and get this family through this season without the burden of financial distress.
Any amount donated to them will enable them to take care of basic needs, and living expenses while they endure this trial.
Whatever you can do, in prayer and/or donation, is greatly appreciated! Thank you for blessing this family. ❤
