Jesse’s Top Surgery!!!

This is Jess. He is a 23 year old EMT. He spends his life taking care of other people and has never wanted to ask for money but he deserves to look like the man he is on the inside. Needing this surgery is a daily struggle not only for comfort but for feeling like a man. The surgery is expensive because it is not look at as necessary but with 40% of the trans community committing suicide i think it is a life saving one. So i’m asking for him.
