My Top Surgery

I'm Karina, a nearly 48 year old nonbinary person who has NEVER wanted or felt comfortable with having breasts. This unfortunately caused dysphoria and dysmorphia from puberty onwards, leading to low self esteem, trauma, and anxiety that I still struggle with today.

However! Thanks to the marvels of modern medicine and a social climate that currently supports gender affirming care, I now have the opportunity to permanently yeet my teats! My health insurance is covering the majority of the procedure, which I'm so grateful for. I'm scheduled for surgery August 10th.

I'm responsible for about 2K of the cost plus a week's lodging in Kansas City, where my surgeon is based. So I'm fundraising! I hope you'll help me achieve this lifelong goal. Being breast free will be a dream come true for me.

My surgeon thinks it's best to move ahead with top surgery asap, as we don't really know what the political future looks like and there are some concerning anti-trans bills being passed. So time is really of the essence. Support gender affirming care by donating to mine!
