Mission: Goodbye Depression, Hello Hope

Hello, my name is Alisha Yakielashek and I am a depression and suicide survivor. As an individual  who has struggled with depression searching for hope has been a very difficult thing for me to do. After my last attempt and a very near death experience  in January I have decided to start fresh. As part of my new journey I plan on attending YWAM (Youth With A Mission) which is a six month program that entitles discipleship training and a missions trip to a country in need of help. On my own I have saved enough money for the discipleship portion but I need help to raise money for the rest. On the missions trip I will have the chance to share my testimony/experience with others and spread the word of God to those who are willing to except his love. I will also be helping a country/community meet their needs through labor, whether it be to build a school, clean up, paint buildings, etc.  Any additional money I raise will be donated to the country/community! Every donation will be greatly appreciated as it will help me give back to a world that has given me so much. In addition, it would mean a great deal to me to be able to help others the way I have been helped. Most importantly, I can show people they are not alone and God will always be there for them!
