Help us lay Chance to rest

Chance lived a tough 14 years defying every expectation and prediction.  Chance was born with a rare conditon called Roberts Syndrome and lived with mutliple birth abnormalities.  But he was the most loving sweet boy you would ever meet.

His Mom now has to lay him to rest and needs our help.  She has worked his whole life to make his life possible.  Please help us to put him to rest.  Thank you.
