Help Rosie Walk Again

It was not an accident I had to wait till this morning to go by the vet. In walked a woman with a screaming beagle in a laundry basket. The dog had been hit by a car and the woman didn't look distraught at all...Before they even knew the prognosis they wanted to euthanize. Her elbow AND  hip is out of the socket and she has a few fractured ribs. She is in need of elbow surgery AND an FHO ($800+). She's sedated and on pain meds!
