Team Vision

“We, the Leaders of Elevate Training Academy of LP 5, are committed to creating a world of Authenticity, Empowerment, Compassion and Freedom for ourselves, our families, our community, and the World.”

The impact we are creating is:

1. Authenticity - “The process of a good life... involves the stretching and growing of becoming more and more of one’s potentialities.” Carl Rogers, Psychologist. We stand for the greatness and potentialities of orphans to help them see beyond their circumstance.

2. Empowerment - Dedicated device (laptops) for focused learning.

3. Compassion - Transforming the lives of orphans.

4. Freedom - Window of knowledge to online resource, free from

geographical boundaries.

 

Benefactor: Yayasan Sunbeams Home, Malaysia Background of Benefactor:

Starting with 2 half-brothers, Sunbeams Home is now home to 115 children, both boys and girls aged 2 to 18 years old.

Mission statement: Sunbeams aims to provide a home for dispossessed children, with no discrimination for any differences, be it race, gender or creed. We aim to provide a home with love and compassion for children who have been orphaned, abused, abandoned and those from broken families. With care and guidance, we believe that they will grow into adults who live independent, quality lives. But first, we must build that foundation to help them reach the ultimate goal.
