Sasha's surgery

My 8yr old dachshund Sasha has slipped a vertebra in her lower spine.  The only options are to either put her  down or perform surgery. I don't want to put her down so any  help would be very much appreciated. All funds are going to Wachusett Animal Hospital. I am trying to raise at least half of the money needed in two weeks time. If i cannot raise these funds I will unfortunately with a heavy heart have ton put her down as she will be suffering and not be able to walk. Again I would be so grateful for any help  towards Sasha's vet bill
