The UWSP BFA Acting and Musical Theater class of 2018 is traveling to New York City in May to perform in our annual Senior Showcase and we need your help to do it!
An integral part of the UWSP BFA program, Senior Showcase gives graduating students in the BFA Acting and Musical Theatre programs a chance to launch their careers by performing for agents and casting directors in New York City. This year, we are expanding the showcase to be able to offer more networking opportunities for our students. This involves a public showcase performance open to peers and other professionals in the industry and a post-performance reception.
This is where you come in! There are a lot of personal expenses associated with Senior Showcase including, but not limited to: headshots, clothing purchases, personal website development, and performance expenses. We would love to be able to use our GoFundMe proceeds not only to fund our public performance and reception, but to assist each of our graduating seniors with the personal costs associated with this valuable experience!
We would be so appreciative of any help you can offer, and we ask that you please share our page with family and friends!
