Youth With A Misson

Friends  and Family,
After many months of prayer and guidance from mentors, I have made the decision to enroll in an six month Discipleship Training School (DTS) through Youth With A Mission (YWAM) based out of Kona, Hawaii starting January 3rd. DTS is a six month journey that gives me the opportunity to find my confidence in God's love through travel, community, and leadership! 

Why is this important to me?
For the last three years, I have had many breakthroughs and setbacks, but the one constant in my life has been God. I have remained hopeful and have found peace and comfort in his presence, and cannot see myself facing life without him. Even though I have an undeniable heart for God and a trust for His plans in my life, I have felt a loss of motivation and passion for what is to come. I believe that this opportunity is going to be a revival spiritually, and give me a new perspective on how I can be a difference maker with my own skills and callings. 

* Instead of putting in a ton of information on this page, I have decided to make a website with more information on what YWAM DTS is, my mission statement, where the funds are going, how I am preparing/contributing into going, and my personal contact information.

One thing I would really like to say is: yes, financial support is very much appreciated and necessary in order to go, and I am thankful for any contribution, as anything and everything helps -- but the power of prayer is unreal!! If you are unable to help me financially, I ask that you pray for my experience, and that if God wants/needs me there that he will provide. 


My calling in life is if the Lord asks of me, I will go.


I am truly blessed to be in the position I am in currently, and I can honestly say I would not be here with out the love of God, and support from my family and mentors! I am super excited, and cannot wait to start this new season of life!
