Young families home lost in fire

We have set up this Go Fund Me page to help one of our best friends, who last night lost her entire home and belongings in a house fire. The fire started while she was out of the house and fortunately, her six year old son was staying over night with a family member. At present, it is not clear how the fire started, but what we do know is that it was through no fault of her own.

As we're sure you can imagine, this is a devastating time for her and her family and although money cannot replace the memories and personal belongings lost, it can help contribute towards her and her son building a new life in the future. 

We have watched her work so hard as a single parent over the past few years, building a lovely home for her and her son. As well as raising her son and working at a local hair salon, this year she decided to take on a new challenge and went back to college to complete an art and graphics course. After taking on so much over the past few years, and ensuring her son had the best upbringing possible, this was the last thing that the family needed.

We appreciate in current times money is tight for a lot of families however, any contribution, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated. Although her friends and family have come together to provide money for essentials in the short term such as clothes, toiletries etc., we are hoping to raise enough money to help them buy household items such as furniture and larger appliances.
