Yorkshire 3 Peaks for The Ella Dawson Foundation

We are completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on the 12th September to raise money for The Ella Dawson Foundation. The charity has been created in honour of and as a legacy to Ella, after she sadly passed away in July of this year following her brave 2 year battle with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.

The Ella Dawson Foundation has been established by Ella's family and partner to provide help and support for other young adults and their families, who are sadly affected by an acute leukaemia diagnosis.

Ella was an incredibly positive 24-year-old with an infectious love for life, who touched the hearts of so many people. She remained unbelievably strong despite her life situation, and was determined to help others faced with a similar circumstance. She created a successful blog, documenting her health journey and offering advice to others on nutrition, exercise and how to stay positive during treatment. She was a truly inspirational person, who faced her diagnosis and treatment with unbelievable strength and positivity.

We are aiming to raise as much money as possible for this wonderful charity, which has been set up to help other young people with a leukaemia diagnosis live as fiercely and empowered as possible, just as Ella did.
