Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer, yet shockingly, only 2% of the national funding gets allocated to this devastating disease.

I believe there are stronger medicines out there. As some of you know, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma on the 12/2/2022. At the time it was terrifying. I had no idea what it was, and really thought it was the end for me. Luckily, it was a cancer that’s been thoroughly researched enabling a higher success rate in survival.

Unfortunately, people diagnosed with brain tumours don’t have this luxury, often being told by doctors they have very limited treatment options and could die within 5 years.

With more research and funding, I reckon there are stronger medicines that can help fight this cruel disease.
