Our Angel needs help

Hi everyone, my name is Misty Woloszyn, and my family and I are asking for some help for my mom. This was a difficult decision to start this page, and we wanted to make sure and confirm my mom's financial status before we did. Unfortunately, we have had to come to the decision to, in fact ask for your help.

Anyone who knows her knows how special of a person she is. She is the most loving, caring and strongest person I know.

As you may or may not know, my Dad passed away unexpectedly on September 19th of this year. What you may not know is the backstory of my mom and dad's history. After a horrific car accident in 1989, my father was left permanently blind, in continued pain and having to deal with the circumstances and anger that came with it.

This however is not about the pain he had or his struggles but about the toll and effect it had on my mom. She had been his caregiver and loyal companion all while dealing with her own chronic pain and depression. Among taking care of my dad she essentially managed to raise myself and my brother by herself, providing for us, putting us through athletics, singing lessons, school functions, always preparing meals, and doing this all while working a full time job. She continued to do this and support us even when she was no longer physically able to.

She is the hardest worker I have ever known. She somehow manages to maintain a beautiful acreage herself for her grand kids to enjoy all while dealing with fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and constant migraines to name a few. She has never asked for help and is always the first to give or help out whenever she can.

With their conditions, she and my father were limited to government assistance. Unable to get ahead, they still have an outstanding mortgage. With the passing of my father and after finding out he was uninsured, she is left with the financial stress of having to qualify on her own to try and maintain the property.

She has never had the opportunity to put herself first in life and now is left in the position she does not deserve to be in.

This is very tough to ask given the world we live in and the challenges we all have. If you are able to donate anything that would help her deal and get by this difficult time it would be greatly appreciated.

Our family is forever grateful for all the love and support we have received the past couple weeks from our amazing friends and family.
